On October one, 2015 the Department amended the laws governing the former Listing of No cost Lawful Products and services Suppliers at 8 C.File.R. § 1003.61 et seq. The amendments renamed the Record since the “Listing of Pro Bono Authorized Support Vendors” and appreciably revised the requirements for suppliers to become put on the Checklist.
